Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
You get what you pay for. Someone too cheap does not carry values to their services. Discounts should have reason and justification. Someone who discounts too much shows desperation.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
The process starts with the inspection. We come up with a solution that is quick, easy, and painless. Dealing with unwanted pests is already a stressful situation; we're here to provide a clear, transparent, and stress-free solution. We take great pride in our work and guarantee it for a 1 full year after our service is completed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
40 years in the industry, I have every license there is in this field of work. All California state licenses: B1, (fumigation) B2, (Pest) B3, (wood destroying organisms and an agricultural license.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
We've been in this industry for over 35 years and after working for multiple large companies, we decided to build a company that was customer and employee centric. We believe that customers should be treated specifically to their needs and is why we refuse to view our customers as simply numbers.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
First make sure they are licensed and bonded with the state. This will ensure that you are protects you as the customer. Always do business with someone you can trust and rely on. If there is an issue you want to be able to call that company and have someone there for for. You can also learn a lot about a company by the warranty and guarantees that they offer. It's also to be weary of what the warranty covers; be sure it covers and protects you from the "issue" and not simply the work. There's no value in guaranteeing "work' that didn't actually solve your issue or problem.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Three questions we recommend to ask every time: 1) What does your guarantee and/or warranty specifically cover? 2) Can you identify the source of why this issue/problem is happening? ie "Why did the rodent chose my home/business?" "How did the rodent get into my home/business?" 3) If the issue persists, how and when can I contact you? Am I protected if the issue does reoccur? Pay close attention to how they answer these questions. We also recommend that you write down their responses so that you can reference them if necessary.
